1. The Company Centrum Odszkodowań, Liverpool, 114 Empress Rd. Liverpool, L7 8SF (the Company) is a Claims Management Company. It has been authorized by the Ministry of Justice - Claims Management Regulation Monitoring & Compliance Unit on 22nd May 2005 and its registry number is CRM 12068. 2. Information gained on company’s promotional materials (websites, posters, flyers, ads, etc.) and during chats with company’s employees are not legal advice and are only for informational purpose. 3. The company works in coordination with and has a financial arrangement with Irwin Mitchell Solicitors. This coordination consists of referring cases. Irwin Mitchell pay us £500 for each case referred(where the client lives in the UK) or £400 for each case referred(where the client lives outside the UK). 4. The company shall do all it can to provide reliable and true information. 5. The company accepts no liability whatsoever and howsoever arising from the use of its service and information gained during contacts with the Company.Irwin Mitchell will provide legal services to you, subject to a merits assessment of your case.  Under no circumstances will you be asked to reimburse Irwin Mitchell for any of their payments to us.

Irwin Mitchell is completely independent of Centrum Odszkodowań and will always act in your best interests.  Our agreement with Irwin Mitchell does not affect the advice they give you, which will always be impartial and confidential.
